Gurudwara Tirsar Mittha Khuh – Khiala Kalan
This Gurdwara is situated at a distance of 8 Km from Mansa City on Mansa-Sunam Road in Village Khiala Kalan.
The Ninth Sikh Guru, Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji visited Village Khiala Kalan. The Villagers told Guru Ji about the acute scarcity of water. Guru Ji shot an arrow ( Tir ) and said,” Dig where the arrow falls and plant a Banyan tree there.” The arrow went to the other side of the Village. The next Morning, Guru Ji left for his journey. The Villagers dug up a well at the place where the arrow had struck and were surprised to find sweet water. Since the well gives sweet water (Mittha Khuh in Punjabi), hence the Gurdwara is known as Tirsar Mittha Khuh. That well still exists.
