Gurudwara Gau Ghat Sahib – Ludhiana
This Gurdwara is situated on the bank of the Stream Buddha Nala, Gau Shala Road, Division Number 3 in Ludhiana City.
The First Sikh Guru, Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji during his Preaching tours visited this place. Jalaludin, the Nawab of Lodhi, came here to pay homage to Guru Ji. He requested Guru Ji to save the City from River Sutlej which used to flood this City at that time. Guru Ji asked him to leave it to the will of God. After sometime River Sutlej changed its course.
