Gurudwara TeerGarhi Sahib, Paonta Sahib

Gurudwara Teergarhi Sahib is situted near Bhangani Village of Paonta Sahib Tehsil Sirmour Distt. Guru Gobind Singh fought and won is first battle of his life known as “Bhangani Da Yudh” against the hill chiefs. Battle was fought in the place where Gurudwara Bhangani Sahib is situated, sitting here Guru Gobind Singh held the command of battle.

Gurdwara Sri Teer Garhi Sahib, situated a few hundred yards away from Gurdwara Sri Bhangani Sahib, was where Guru Gobind Singh Ji had his command post.

A congregational fair is held on 16th, 17th and 18th of Baisakh (end of April) to commemorate the victorious battle of Bhangani.Although only 11 kilometres from Paonta Sahib as the crow flies, Bhangani is approached by a 22 kilometres, stretch of a winding, fair weather though motorable road.

It located near Gurdwara Bhangani Sahib, Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh. This is place from where Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Sikh Guru shot arrows during the battle of Bhangani, the first battle of Guru Gobind Singh fought with king Bhimchand, king Fatehchand and many kings of hill states. This battle was won by Guru Going Singh.
