This Gurdwara is also known as Gurdwara Aaaramsar sahib and is situated at a distance of 16 Km Southwest of town Jaito on Sajjan-Mukatsar Road in Village Mallan.
The Tenth Sikh Guru, Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji visited this place while going towards 'Khidrane Dee Dhab' in 1705. Guru Ji took rest at this place for sometime. Chaudhry Jugraj of this Village met Guru Ji . The followers of Guru Ji asked Chaudhry not to say any word about Guru Ji to Mughal forces. He promised, but later on it was found that he had betrayed Guru Ji.
Gurdwara Sri Ramsar Sahib Mallan is situated outside the village of Mallan and located about 30 km's from the city of Sri Muktsar Sahib.
In 1705, Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji visited this place while travelling towards 'Khidrane Di Dhab' (now known as Sri Muktsar Sahib).
Guru Gobind Singh rested at place for sometime. The local Chaudhry, a hindu named Jugraj met Guru Sahib.
Guru Gobind Singh's Sikhs asked the Chaudhry not to reveal the whereabouts of Guru Gobind Singh to pursuing mughals forces.
The Chaudhry promised to keep quiet but later on it was found that he had betrayed Guru Sahib.
