Gurudwara Sri Bhatha Sahib is situated in the Ropar city in Ropar district. Situated on Ropar Chandigarh main road Gurudwara Sahib is related to tenth Guru Sri Guru Gobind Singh ji. Guru Sahib came here for the first time on the way to Sri Anandpur Sahib after winning the battle of bhangani via Gurudwara Sri baoli Sahib Zirakpur and Gurudwara Sri nadha Sahib panchkula. When Guru Sahib asked a labourer working there for place to stay and rest he pointed towards hot brick klin (bhatha). As soon as Guru Sahibs horse's hoof touched the bhatha it cooled down. Chaudary nihang khan was informed about the incident, when he came there he saw Guru Sahib sitting on the klin. Chaudary bowed his head in front of Guru Sahib and took him to his fort. Second time Guru Sahib came to this place for the engagement of alam khan, chaudary nihang khans son. Third time Guru Sahib came to this place returning from kurkshetra. Fourth and last time Guru Sahib came to this place after leaving Sri Anandpur Sahib forever.
