Gurudwara Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib, Dhamtaan
Gurudwara Guru Teg Bahadur is situated in Village Dhamtaan, Distt Jind, Haryana. Gurudwara Guru Teg Bahadur came here with family and stayed here for three months. Pothohaari sangat donated lot of money to Guru ji. Guru ji gave that money to Dago jat. Guru ji told him to get a DharamShaala constructed with this money and one well dug for people and left this place. Dago spent that money is getting his personal house as well as well construction. When Guru ji met Dago second time on the way to Delhi, He asked that weather he had got the Dharamshaal as well as well dug for people from that money. Dag told Guru SHAIB that he had spent that money on his personal things. Guru ji told Dago to not store Tambaacoo in his house and not to sow (plant) in the field where the well has been dug. Saying these things to Dago Guru ji again left for further journey. Second time again Dago did the same things which Guru ji had warned him not to do. When Guru ji came here third time and came to know about mistake he has done again, Guru ji said
"DAGO TERE GHARE LITANGE GADO, jiTHE KUOOOAN NA CHAK OTHE UGANGE AK"
At that time was Bhai RamDev Ji from family of Bhai Nand Lal ji was along with Guru ji. RamDev ji used to spray water in front of Darbar Sahib. One day Bhai RamDev ji spread so much water that it seemed like there was raining. Guru ji got very happy and named Bhai RamDev Ji as Mihan. Guru ji also blessed Bhai ji as Mahanti Of Dharmshala and gave him a Nagaara, an ox and flag. Guru ji asked him to further spread the message of Sikhism.
Guru Gobind Singh ji blessed this place from Talwandi that he's going towards Deccan (Sri Hazur Sahib) and his Sikhs yatra to Sri Hazur Sahib will be only completed if they will come first here. Guru Gobind Singh ji blessed this place as Deori (Entrance) of Hazur Sahib.
