Gurdwara Sri Malari Sahib is situated in Malari viallge, Tehsil Nakodar in the Jalandhar district.

Sri Guru Arjan Sahib Ji arrived here while travelling to Mao Sahib for his marriage.

Guru Arjan stopped to rest at Malari and met Baba Mal Ji. Baba Mal Ji who was suffering from pains in his body and old age.

Baba Mal offered Guru Sahib a fine pair of shoes. He asked to be blessed by Guru Arjan.

Guru Arjan blessed Baba Mal for his health and well being.
