Gurudwara Sri Patshahi Chhevin Sahib is situated in Village Heran Tehsil Raikot Distt ludhiana. This Sacred Place has been visited By Guru Hargobind Sahib and Guru Gobind Singh ji. Guru Amardas ji sent Bhai Hameera Ji to spread the message of Sikhism in this area. Guru Hargobind Sahib JI came at Village Sudhar from Bhai Ki Daroli via Madoke, Lopo, Sidhwaan etc. Guru Sahib stayed at Sudhar for Six months. Guru Sahib sent his sikhs to find out Bhai Hameera Ji. When Sewaks asked about Bhai Hameera Ji and told them that Guru Sahib had asked to bring milk from Bhai Sahib, People laughed and said Bhai Hameera has only Ausar Jhoti. When Sewaks reached Bhai Hameera and asked him for milk he pointed towards ausar jhoti. And that Jhoti gave bucket full of milk. And during that stay he came to Heran Also. Bhai Hameera Ji's wife expected for a Son. With Guru Sahib's blessing they got Mahant Kirpal Das Ji as there Son. Mahant Kirpal Das ji further supported Guru Gobind Singh jiin battle of Bhangani. He crushed General Hayat Khan in the battle. Guru Gobind Singh jigave Mahant Kirpal Das Ji his half turban. After Battle Mahant ji came back to Village Heran. Bhai Gani Khan and Nabi Khan carried Guru Gobind Singh jias uch da peer on Bed. Guru Sahib reached here via Katana Almgir mohie etc. From here Guru Sahib sent Bhai Gani Khan and Nabi Khan back and gifted them Gold Kangan and Hukamnama.
