The Ninth Sikh Guru, Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji visited this place during his tour of Malwa region while on his way from Village Bachhoana to Village Gaga (in Sangrur District).
The Tenth Sikh Guru, Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji visited this place in 1706 while coming from Akbarpur Khudal (where he had rescued Bhai Gulab Singh from wrong imprisonment of Nabi Baksh, the Chief of the Village) and going to Sirsa. Guru Ji was accompanied by five Sikhs.
