Gurudwara Sri Patshahi Nauvin Sahib, Railon
Gurudwara Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib is situated in Village Rahon Majra district Fatehgarh Sahib. Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib ji visited here. Guru Sahib was staying at nearby Village nandpur. Guru Sahib was on way to assam. When people came to know about Guru Sahib staying at nandpur, they requested him to visit railon also. Accepting there request Guru Sahib came here and sat under a bohar tree. Near to that was little water reservoir (also known as chapar in Punjabi). Guru Sahib washed his feet in that. People requested Guru Sahib that there was a serious disease in the Village and even newly born babies are getting infected. Guru Sahib said that who so ever will take bath in this chapar will get rid of that. Bhai Bhagtu ji donated his surrounding land to Guru Sahib. Guru Sahib got a platform constructed there (thara). A old lady mai aso ji was not having children. She requested Guru Sahib to bless with a son and she will get Gurudwara Sahib constructed here. Guru Sahib blessed her with son and told that Gurudwara Sahib will constructed with help of whole Village sangat. Guru Sahib also gave a pata with his own stamp on it. And also blessed that who so ever will see it will have actually darshan of Guru Sahib. Guru Sahib stayed here for 2 days and then went back to Anandpur.
This Gurdwara is there to mark the occasion when Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji visited this place in 1670 A.D. while on this way to Delhi from Anandpur Sahib. It is believed that the Village was in grip of skin disease. Guruji sat under a banyan tree adjacent to a pond. He put his feet in the pond and spoke out that anyone who takes bath in this pond will be cured of disease. Prakash Purab of Guru Nanak Devi Ji and Martyrdom day of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji are organised here
