This Gurdwara is situated in the North part of town Jaito, which is at a distance of 30 Km from Faridkot City and 17 Km from Kotkapura town on Faridkot - Kotkapura - Mukatsar Road.
When Tenth Sikh Guru, Shri Guru Gobind Singh ji started his journey from Alamgir, he reached the town of Kotkapura . Since Mughal army was following him, Guru Ji asked Chaudhri Kapura to give him Fort to fight Mughals, but kapura refused to help Guru Ji in his struggle against the Mughals. So Guru Ji reached town Jaito via Village Dhilwan Kalan. Guru Ji alongwith his followers reached on a Tibbi (a small hill top) which was at some distance from the town. Guru Ji got his tent pitched up at this place and asked Sikhs to practice arrow shooting. In the Evening, Guru Ji recited Rehras Sahib (Holy Hymns) and arranged a Preaching Diwan. The water was not available on this Tibbi. Bhai Ram Singh asked Bhai Sher Singh, Bhai Partap Singh and Bhai Sant Singh to dig a small well. These Sikhs did the service of digging well and also arranged a Manji Sahib and a Sarab Loh Nishan Sahib. That well and the Sarab Loh Nishan sahib are still present inside the Gurdwara.
