Community established first in 1965 in small hall rented from Unitarian Church. Other property purchased in 1976 and 1980 to allow conversion to attractive gurdwara. The Takht has two domes instead of the usual
single dome because it was designed for a small space originally. Worship is between 11 am and 2 pm on Sundays.
