Sikh Temple of Bluegrass

The Gurudwara Sahib of the Bluegrass was opened in April 2015. The Lexington Sikh Sangat of 30+ years, were finally blessed with a home  for Guru  Granth Sahib ji Maharaj at 257 Swigert Avenue, in a beautiful setting nestled inside the peaceful Joyland community, adjoining horse farms. The 13,000 square foot facility consist of two stories, a large Darbar hall, Langar hall and Langar Kitchen. The facility also has rooms upstairs that are used for kids classes. The Gurudwara grounds around the building are about 8 acres with a children’s playground and vegetable gardens.
